Then there's Nick Pattenaude, one of their managers—an absolute incredible gentleman through and through. Nick stepped in seamlessly, helping me along the way at every single step, from questions about certification and pricing to ensuring everything was transparent and straightforward. His professionalism and warmth made the whole process feel like dealing with family rather than a transaction. The entire team was outstanding—not pushy at all, just great people to deal with. When they spotted a tiny chip on the vehicle during our walkthrough, they didn't hesitate: they immediately made plans to fix it perfectly before delivery, no questions asked, showing real care for the customer's satisfaction.
