This is my 1st experience with the Sales Dept. at Bianchi Honda but the Service Dept. has always provided a great Customer Service experience. They are always friendly and professional, questions at Bianchi Honda but the Service Dept. has always provided a great Customer Service experience. They are always friendly and professional, questions are encouraged and answered with respect, so refreshing and appreciated! I found the same helpful and supportive manner throughout this dealership, Stephen in Sales and Mike in Finance were great! This is my 4th Honda to own so I know they are the best vehicles on the road but everyone's positive attitude and personal attention gave me additional reassurance that I was making the right decision to choose to work with Bianchi Honda.
