Lennon Askew very helpful in refreshing SiriusXM Due to SiriusXM changing ID number on our car, it no longer received the signal. After several calls to Sirius, including calling their IT department, Due to SiriusXM changing ID number on our car, it no longer received the signal. When told that we would have to pay $15 to do this, he informed them that we would not pay for a mistake made by them. They agreed and waived the fee.
