My Review Of Big Dee Volvo :
Bill Bosshart (sales consultant) and Bill Whited (sales Manager) have earned my praise. The total experience at Big D Volvo was Relaxed, with none of the High pressure, buy on the spot Sales pitches I had recently experienced at several other Dealerships, both Volvo and other Luxury Brands. Bill Boshart answered all questions, and received straight forward information on both the Vehicle (S-60 T-5 AWD) and on the Terms of the Lease. NO hidden costs etc. My wife and I came back to Big D several times over several weeks, and upon each return Visit we were were greated by a most helpful greater at the door, Just to say Hi and welcome. No roadblock or intimidation! If Bill Bosshart was not immediatly available, another sales rep. greated and offered any help till Bill was available. Bill Whited would also come over with a warm welcome handshake, offering any assistnce.
We never felt pressured to buy/lease, were never asked when and if we were going to do a deal. It was never difficult to leave the Showroom, and in fact we were encouraged to come back any time with questions and additional test rides, when WE felt we wanted to.
NEVER any pressure to "Close the Deal" as we experienced at other Dealers!
When we made up our minds to Lease the Volvo, Bill held to the price we had discussed weeks before, without the typical the deal changed etc. All paperwork was handled by him, without the Office jumping to finance, final approval by manager etc.
Delivery went smoothly, Bill took his time explaining all the electronics to us. We were also met by Bill Whited and the General manager of the Auto Group (Volvo/Jaguar/Subaru/Mazda) who were extreemly sincere in expressing their appreciation for our purchase, and welcoming us to the "Family"
