The sales rep., Gilbert Harrison, was proficient in completing the transactions. Paperwork was ready when I arrived at the dealership at the appt time. The new car prep was great, both vehicles were in customer ready condition. In addition, the dealership technical representative went through all of the technology available on the vehicle and answered all of my questions in a way a 'non-techy' could understand.
