Just let me say, I have a relative who sales cars at another Ford dealership. However, I choose to stay with Bob Maxey Ford because my car team always makes me feel like family. Next vehicle I purchase from Bob Maxey I would like to get the Active - 200 plan or higher.

After a condescending experience with a salesperson at another dealership I was referred to Amer at Serra Ford. The difference was night and day. There is a great energy at Serra Ford. Everyone there makes you feel excited about getting a new car. Amer is a top notch salesperson. He answered all my questions, no pressure. He wanted me to be happy with the vehicle I got. The dealership didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted in its inventory but it found it, negotiated with another dealership to trade for it and drove there and back 100 miles to get it for me. Such outstanding customer service. Amer kept me informed along the way. He’s now our family’s “Ford Guy.” Looking forward to doing more business with Serra and Amer in the future.

Best dealership that I have ever encountered. I worked directly with my great salesman Chris and the sales manager Antonio. I bought a beautiful used car that many dealerships would sell as is. I asked if they would fix a few things like adding new tires (the ones on the used car needed replacement) and a slight vibration issue. I thought they may tell me to go pound sand. However Antonio did not blink and said done. They went over and above my expectations. I now recommend all of my friends and co-workers to this dealership. I work at Ford Motor company and I told Antonio that he and his team are spectacular to work with. He simply responded we care more about customers than selling cars. We build relationships. So true and I plan on letting Dealer Relations inside of Ford know that more dealerships should be like Ford Suburban Ferndale. What a great experience and I love my 20MY Lincoln MKZ

Wally was incredibly nice to work with and from the start of our interaction had a pleasant experience helping me out with picking my first car. Settled on a truck, but that didn’t change the fact that he was there every step of the way to help and offer genuinely good advice for all of the different cars and trucks we were looking at. He’s an honest and fair chap. I’m not quite sure what more you could ask for in a sales consultant like Wally who did everything he could to help me find a vehicle. And I ended up leaving with a 2022 Chevy Silverado from his lot. Well, thanks to him and the contract manager Steve followed by a really Italian sounding last name, another great person I got to work with in closing and finding good numbers to work with. All in all, Wally and Steve were the two main folks I worked with, and they were both super helpful.

No problems with the work done, but they did the rear brakes I only told them I wanted fronts,and added an oil change I didn't need. I got my car back dirty, Tires covered in mounting greese hand prints everywhere. I spent 2,600 and was disappointed, poor form if you ask me. Everywhere I've ever gone they give you your car back clean.

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman dealership. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition Max in to have my A/C fixed last June. They allegedly replaced the condenser and refilled the freon. However, a month or so later, my A/C is running hot again. I was told that if it runs hot again, it probably has a pin hole in it somewhere and to bring it back and they would run the dye through it to locate the leak. At the time, they tried to coerce me to pay out of pocket for this repair but the A/C was still under warranty and I ended up not paying anything. However, it ran hot a month or so later but due to me coaching, and teaching, it took some months before I could make an appointment to get my truck back in for repairs. Each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and I would have to leave my vehicle for several days just for them to look at. I asked for a loaner and was told they do not have any. I tried again this past June and was told the same thing. This was repeated when I was at the dealership today. I was also told today that the A/C is no longer under warranty and in addition to the wait with no loaner, I would have to pay out of pocked. This is unacceptable business
