My Review of Bill Dodge Hyundai:
While buying a new vehicle is never a process my wife and I look foward to, Seth Taylor made the experience a good one.

He comes across as very honest and sincere, and he puts Bill Dodge in a very good light.

He did a wonderful job of explaining the features of our new Sante Fe. Far better than anyone has ever done before.

He also may have talked us into having our service done at Bill Dodge, but that remains to be seen.

Purchasing a Santa Fe here was a pleasure. They were everything you DON'T expect in a car dealership. Nick was honest, straightforward, and easy to deal with. Stephanie was clear, efficient, and not pushy. I wish I needed another vehicle because I would buy there again tomorrow.

This was my first service experience at this dealership. I am perfectly satisfied and will use their services again. The following impressed me:
1. I was called and reminded of my service date.
2. My car was serviced at the exact appointed time
3. The waiting room was friendly --- coffee, newspapers, etc.
4. The car was serviced properly

The visit was for a recall item and a warranty repair of the mirrors. I was greeted like I was checking into a good hotel - friendly smile and caring attitude. I added a tire rotation and was assured that I would be taken care of in a timely manner. I asked to be called when the work was done and they actually called me withing 3o minutes of the scheduled appointment. When I picked up my car, they showed me a very dirty cabin air filter that they had replaced and I quickly paid my bill and had my keys. I was impressed with the overall feeling I had from this experience.

My Review of Bill Dodge Hyundai:
My wife and I had been browsing for a car to replace our 1999 Honda CR-V for some time and hadn't really thought of Hyundai until she saw one on display in a mall while Christmas shopping. After thorough research on the internet (quality, safety and price) we went to our local dealer (Bill Dodge Hyundai)to test drive 2 vehicles that were on sale. Both were priced well below Edmund's TMV. Seth Taylor was the salesman who greeted us. Seth was very friendly and gave us a complete and accurate showing of the vehicles, we also test drove both. Seth was never pushy during negotiations and I feel that we got a very fair deal. I would also like to thank General Manager Mike Hurd. Mike took the time late on a Saturday to come and chat with us and to personnally help us get the best rate possible for financing. Mike also helped us with an item overlooked during negotiations, thanks again. The car was ready on Monday for pick up at the arranged time, was clean and ready to go.

I had a great experience working with Mike Hurd at Bill Dodge in Brunswick. I had to replace my minivan and he found me just the car I was looking for - followed up with me and made it easy for me to test drive the car. Gave me more of a trade in than my old car was worth, and generally made the experience painless and satisfactory.

I had a wonderful experience with Richie. Bill Dodge was our fourth dealership of the weekend and it was such a relief to finally meet an honest salesman. It finally felt like he wanted the same thing we wanted, which was us to buy a car. He was friendly and genuine, as was the other salesmen there. We felt comfortable and didn't feel like we were being jerked around. I would definately recommend getting a car from people who understand what it's like to buy a car. They are not just salesmen but consumer's themselves.

My Review of Bill Dodge Hyundai:
Very kind and patient sales person. No hard sell, great listener, answered all my questions. I felt very respected throughout the sales process. I have to say that I was there because I was forced to buy a car as my old car was dying a slow death but I wasn't ready to give up on it. The repair bills started getting steep. So I wasn't in the best place to make a large purchase. Bob handled my crankiness with true professionalism and compassion.

Again, great dealership.
