I had a wonderful experience with Richie. Bill Dodge was our fourth dealership of the weekend and it was such a relief to finally meet an honest salesman. It finally felt like he wanted the same thing we wanted, which was us to buy a car. He was friendly and genuine, as was the other salesmen there. We felt comfortable and didn't feel like we were being jerked around. I would definately recommend getting a car from people who understand what it's like to buy a car. They are not just salesmen but consumer's themselves.

Very kind and patient sales person. No hard sell, great listener, answered all my questions. I felt very respected throughout the sales process. I have to say that I was there because I was forced to buy a car as my old car was dying a slow death but I wasn't ready to give up on it. The repair bills started getting steep. So I wasn't in the best place to make a large purchase. Bob handled my crankiness with true professionalism and compassion.

Again, great dealership.

My Review of Bill Dodge Hyundai:
I have been a customer for 10 years or more. I trust them with my vehicle and always feel that they are giving me straight and complete information. All of my service--including regular service, oil changes etc., are done at Bill Dodge.

The price is always fair. The waiting time for service is reasonable and in cases of emergency, they have always accomodated me. I am never made to feel stupid and they explain everything to me.

Great people to deal with.

Free car wash with every service.

Doesn't get any better!

My Review of Bill Dodge Hyundai:
I went to Maine to buy a BMW from Bill Dodge Auto Group. The car was delayed and the group offered a Hyundai Veracruz as a loaner. It was an outstanding vehicle and I think anyone considering a SUV should consider the VeraCruz. It handles great and even has a cooler in the center console. It had lots of nice features. I got to see several dealerships in the auto group and both were clean, well maintained and everyone that I met was friendly and helpful.

The whole Bill Dodge dealership group treated me very well and Mike Hurd was a pleasure to work with. I didn't meet everyone but I feel confident that others in the auto group want to work with buyers. Great bunch of people!

Very pleasant experience overall. Customer service was wonderful. Our salesman, John spent over 3 hours helping to find the perfect vehicle. Would (and already have)highly recommend Bill Dodge Brunswick to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. There was no 'push' to put us into a vehicle beyond our budget. Financing was quickly arranged.

I had a problem with the ESC warning light a few days after purchase. Not only did Bill Dodge Hyundai get me in the day I called, there was no charge for replacing the switch.

We are very happy with the customer service we received at Bill Dodge Hyundai in Brunswick. John and Stephanie were professional and very helpful. John (salesman) was informative and accomodating and not pushy or overbearing. He understood our needs and did his best to meet our needs. We were treated with respect and friendliness and were able to negotiate a fair deal without hassle. Stephanie handled the paperwork quickly, thoroughly and professionally. We would certainly recommend this dealership and these folks to our friends.
