Thank you for your response to my review. The valve caps were replaced by myself and i detailed the car myself. 1. My concern is how come they put three advertisments on the car but didnt detail the car or replace the missing caps? 2.Who gave them permission to glue something to my car? The time for me to be satisfied has come and gone. These are things that should never of happened! If you want me to be fully satisfied and you want to do right by me then reinburst me for my time to detail the car, it took me an hour. Send me a check for whatever your guys bill for an hour of service. Also you can pay to have the emblem removed, i have a auto body shop near my home that will do it for $25.00. respectfully,

There may have been other contributing factors as to why you felt you could not stop safely in the snow this past winter. I am not sure what the exact conditions were. We are the #2 Subaru dealer in the country as far as our relationship with Chase goes in terms of financing. As a dealership, we do not control the finance rate that we are given by the finance company. Much of that is determined by credit rating, the vehicle, down payment etc. I can assure you though, that due to our relationship with Chase we can provide you the lowest rate possible.
