When Glenn returned a call about my 1st inquiry on a used car he apologized that the vehicle was sold the day prior but was there something I was looking for. The vehicle we wanted was in demand and he kept an open dialog with us to let us know when the car we wanted would be available. I appreciated his communication and valued that he took the time to get us the car we were looking for.
