I was more disappointed with my salesman, Howard, than the dealership itself. He under valued my trade in by $3000, by KBB values. He didn't even take the time to look at it. John arranged the test drives within minutes and I was on the road. He answered all of my questions and never pushed. The team went out of their way to get the color and style I wanted since they didn’t have it in stock. It was available within a few days and I am one very pleased customer.
