Made a deal on a used vehicle with a professional and personable associate via text. Went in to sign papers and another man reneged on the deal. Also noticed the carfax on the other man's desk for the vehicle showed approximately 16000 miles more than their site listed. Also ran an unauthorized hard inquiry on my credit. I already had financing lined up and had told them as much. More

They will get you in a vehicle. That's the plus. But don't expect any help after if you have concerns and issues. I was not given the actual price of the vehicle until the paperwork That's the plus. The vehicle runs well, but body, aesthetics, and interior are not in the best shape. Thinking the price was lower and that was all I could afford it's what I ended up with. There were parts missing and they would not even send me the parts so I had to purchase them off eBay. I should not have had to do that. The rear vent was broken. That should have been fixed before being put in the market, especially at that price. I wasn't purchasing from a junk yard. They would never even talk to me after purchase. More

Bad Long Distance Transaction In my opinion, this dealer was deceptive when he advertised a car I bought from him last summer. The pictures on the internet looked great, and reassu In my opinion, this dealer was deceptive when he advertised a car I bought from him last summer. The pictures on the internet looked great, and reassurances were given that the car had excellent paint and was mechanically up to snuff, etc. However the car came off the delivery truck with a dead battery as a result of a chronic short in the antenna motor. Also, the paint was defective and full of imperfections as bubbles. Finally, the car was a mechanical mess. I was able to get a very partial refund of $1,000 that did not even begin to cover the cost of the extensive repairs needed. I took what I could get since it was pretty clear that the dealer knew he had me at a disadvantage because I was several hundred miles away. I would say never buy from this dealer at all, but if you insist on doing so, then get a professional inspection of the vehicle before sending even $1. An inspection may well save you thousands and many headaches. More
