When I brought the car back a few days later to be undercoated, etc., there had been a little miscommunication in the shop about the appointment time and what all was to be done, so I had to wait about an hour longer than anticipated, which was a little inconvenient. But overall, we were pleased, and love the CR-V. We would definitely recommend or work with Ryan and the dealership again. More
