I will never come back again. I do appreciate Shawn in service, Tammy in parts was wonderful. But the dealership is really failed from what it use to be . I have always done business with Blake , I have referred family members. But this is my last time. I felt the truck should have went through inspection before being put on the lot. The seat was glued where it was torn, the windshield was leaking the cup holder in the back was broke. Didn’t notice this stuff till we got home. With the help of Shawn in service he got the truck in there done what he could get done because it was a used truck they Blake ford was not going to put money in. Used truck. But they had a price on the truck that they should of been glad to fix it. As of yesterday I will not come back to Blake Ford they are not like it use to be. And that manager he’s got sucks in my books. Oh one more thing a family member bought a truck having trouble with his transmission had it there 2 or 3 times now they haven’t got the transmission right. This is not the way Blake done business, I Don’t know what’s happened. More

Their about like the rest, nothing stands out to make a difference. If they started to offer significant discounts for the senior citizens I believe it would speak to not only the seniors but to their chil difference. If they started to offer significant discounts for the senior citizens I believe it would speak to not only the seniors but to their children who are in many cases current vehicle owners and potential future car owners. Blake Ford takes good care of our moms and dads would speak to so many, then this dealership would stand out above the rest. More

They do take care of your vehicle… however… the labor in my opinion is very high … I am a regular customer… the price for labor needs leveling off … they don’t have competition here … and besides we have be my opinion is very high … I am a regular customer… the price for labor needs leveling off … they don’t have competition here … and besides we have been buying vehicles from them for over 30 years and that should be taken into consideration….something to think about! 😊 More
