I went in to the dealership to get my annual car inspection. I have definitely had some long waits at other garages for an inspection. I did not have to wait any longer than I expected. Just a little disappointed is my first service advisor. He gave me some incorrect information which cost me over $1000 parts that I purchased that I couldn’t use. The repair that was performed on my vehicl He gave me some incorrect information which cost me over $1000 parts that I purchased that I couldn’t use. The repair that was performed on my vehicle took a little over 3 weeks which I totally understand unexpected thing can happen once a technician starts into a repair, so I’m was not upset about the time frame. However I had to call for updates on my vehicle as I was informed that said repair would only take 2 to 3 days tops. All once I was assigned a new service advisor I was updated as the repair was been completed. Now that I have my vehicle back everything thing is working properly as it should and there are no issues. I had the opportunity to speak with the actual technician that performed the repair on my vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and informative. In all I think I would take my vehicle to this dealership again in the future just with some precautions. More
