Took almost 8 weeks to get three things fixed on the car. Because we were a warranty claim we kept getting pushed to the bottom of the pile. Ed is really good at talking in circles and putting you off. He bl Because we were a warranty claim we kept getting pushed to the bottom of the pile. Ed is really good at talking in circles and putting you off. He blamed the service manager who was always out of the office or on vacation. He assumed there was a hole in the A/C before it was even looked at. Took them two weeks to find someone to drive the car over to KIA in Suffolk and another week to find someone to go pick it up. They sold us a gold standard warranty with a $100 deductible per shop visit and would not honor the warranty and tried to get us to pay over $1200. We had to get the sales manager involved and ended up still paying$400. it was a long-drawn-out ordeal that was not necessary. Thank goodness the sales manager still works there. He was our saving grace. More
