I don't know who Shawn McNeely is. Blake Ford used to be my go to Dealership. Since the new owners it has gone downhill and they are not at all friendly or understanding. Service Department at Blake Ford is excellent. Scheduling was easy and service was performed on time. One minor item of note is the service technician did not reset the oil life monitor.
