It is illegal to sell a consumer a car with known mechanical issues and not disclose. Intentionally or unintentionally. Example: maintenance records show leaking antifree onto spark plugs causing them be replaced every 6 months,. 1st attempt fixing leak out of 5. Next ongoing known issue bad piston rings caused by faulty engine being damage by known oil leak. Bc extended warranty bought contract they Check parts/systems & verified they have been maintained/function w additional life left I assume before needing service. or service breaks/AC/pumps etc.During my work repairs of the brakes needed to be replaced of the AC need to be recharged of the winter wipers and needed to be replaced & the the begining of the faulty engine issues issues began to be documented. I bought a 2019 escape and paid 23000 dollars cash. I had the car 30 days. Had to buy a new battery which they couldn't install. 400 bucks. Now I've had it 6 months and the head gasket is blown. I took it to Goodyear. Took them 2 hours to confirm it. Now they need to keep it 3 days to confirm the diagnosis. It's under warranty and they didn't care. Basically told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I took it to Thoroughbred ford. Got me in the next day! Blown head gasket! 2 hours in their shop. Filed a formal complaint against blue springs ford. Terrible customer service. Even from their service manager! Don't do business with these people... More
