Boardwalk completed the service on the promised schedule and took great care of my car. In the same time frame Ken Murphy assisted me with an inquiry regarding a factory visit. Ken was very helpful and polite. This dealership gets 5 Stars from me for the respect they show their customers. Steve and the team at Boardwalk Ferrari did an outstanding job taking care of my vehicle to protect the very expensive carbon ceramic rotors while swapping the tires. They also made my father and I feel very welcome by showing us the coffee/drink bar and their lounge area with very nice leather couches and a big screen TV. I was actually a little disappointed when they told me the vehicle was ready as I was enjoying myself just hanging out. I have to say that is a first for me, wanting to stay LONGER for a service visit. More

I came to Steve looking for some help getting an aftermarket suspension installed on my car. We reviewed the work to be done, and while we wrapped up the details my coutesy driver was waiting for me. The driver was friendly and engaging, and got me back to my house safely. Later the same day I was informed my car was ready on time. Check out was easy, and my car was returned to me complete, clean, and in the same condition I left it. All in all the visit was a very positive one, and I look forward to calling on Steve and his team in the future for my service needs. More
