With over 27 years of experience servicing high end automobiles in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Steve Fordham has the experience and extensive network necessary to take on the complexities of your vehicle’s service needs. Steve has worked in management at numerous local luxury automobile service departments, where he has consistently maintained a nationally-recognized excellent customer service satisfaction rating.

In addition to meeting customer demands for luxury automobile service, Steve also maintains close contact with the local automotive enthusiast community. Steve has personally organized regular Sunday Morning Drives for his clients and friends through Texas’ scenic roads, including weekend driving retreats across the Southwest. In addition, Steve coordinates quarterly high performance driver education programs at closed courses such as MotorSports Ranch.

His automotive knowledge and enthusiasm is expansive and he’s ready to apply his know-how to your fine automobiles.

Extremely easy to schedule appointment. Guys coordinated with Audi dealership to get OEM part for my wife's Q5 and all were great to accommodate my requests. Extremely fast turnaround and delivery. Top notch service from Steve and everybody at Ferrari / Maserati. To this date, I cannot find anything bad to say about dealership or employees there. Excellent customer activities. Will be taking other cars for service as well.

Steve Fordham as always, exceeds expectations. He has taken care of service for my car on two visits to Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati. He is professional, courteous, prompt, listens and most importantly, hears what I am there for. On both visits I asked for several things to be taken care of and each time everything was handled the way I expected it to be. He's also up front about what is and what isn't a problem. If I thought something might be wrong, he would tell me when I had nothing to worry about. This as much as anything will make me a return customer.

I have been a customer of Boardwalk Ferrari-Maserati for almost 5 years and I've always been treated well by all of their employees. My most recent visit was for regularly scheduled maintenance. Steve Fordham scheduled an appointment for me and kept me informed throughout the day of the status of my vehicle. I really appreciate Steve's professionalism! Boardwalk completed the service on the promised schedule and took great care of my car. In the same time frame Ken Murphy assisted me with an inquiry regarding a factory visit. Ken was very helpful and polite. This dealership gets 5 Stars from me for the respect they show their customers. Boardwalk F-M is the only dealership I've ever visited where I didn't feel pressured on anything. That in itself is very unique in the car business. Great job guys!

Took my car in to have service done.. met with Steve, who was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. He even called and personally gave me status updates on my car and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled in a timely manner. I highly recommend Boardwalk and their service department!
