The service manager lacked communication skills and proper updates throughout the repair process leaving a lot to be desired. Consistently had to reach out for updates myself. It was frustrating and something that could have been easily avoided. Based on that interaction, why would I want to come here for service or to purchase a future car? More

Truck I bought so far seems like a good truck. If your looking to negotiate on price this isn't the place. They wouldn't budge a dollar. I guess the warranty only covers the engine and transmission. So somewhere during our communication I guess there was some breakdown on what the warranty actually covered. I feel like the warranty information could've been represented better. I was under the impression there was more coverage. This was not the case. More

Overall the experience was fine. There were a few hiccups along the way. Both my significant other and I both ordered vehicle and made sure to utilize the X-Plan pricing. We both intended to buy two vehicles but my order was held over and switched from a 2023 to a 2024 and the rollover was not the vehicle I ordered. I ended up buy my significant other's truck but was told we never gave X-Plan for hers. I am still happy with the overall experience despite the few issues we ran in to. More
