Bought vehicle from Bob Davidson Ford in September. I figured, WRONGLY, that being a Ford dealership I would be safe buying a Ford vehicle from them. They offered to ship vehicle, at my expense of course, in which I was needing, in November, at my vineyard in California. I paid, $3800, for shipping 9/28/23. Vehicle did not get shipped. Due to failure to complete, I just wanted to cancel sale. Of course, they had paperwork completed in one day to which they said I owned it. I questioned salesman (Mo) and sales manager (Sam) if vehicle was in descent condition when I bought it. The said it went through a thorough Ford required inspection at the dealership. I finally in late February made for arrangements to get it shipped on my own. It arrived in a week in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. I sent truck to an authorized Ford repair shop in Lake Havasu to check it out and check all fluids and levels. There advertising says they treat customers like family, are you serious that’s how you treat your family, I would never purchase anything from that dealership. Then they pulled my credit, and I got a 0.9% rate for 48 months payment with 3k down. Then several weeks later, I got a letter from Ford Motor Credit Company stating that they have to add-on additional 545.00 charges for "maintenance plan" that I explicitly said I DO NOT want at the time of signing. Once they have sold you the car, they could car less about customer service. I tried calling and emailing and have not heard back of the mistake. I will have to This dealership have sleeze energy all over it. Avoid at all cost. More
