This vehicle was purchased pre-owned and, as outlined and acknowledged at the time of sale, included a limited 30-day/1,000-mile engine and transmission warranty that covers 50% of parts and 50% of labor for qualifying repairs. When you returned with the concern, we honored that warranty coverage and quoted the repair accordingly. We do our best to inspect every pre-owned vehicle before it is offered for sale, and while some issues may not present themselves during inspection or may develop afterward, we always want to work with our customers toward a fair resolution. We appreciate you bringing the hood latch issue to our attention so we could address it right away. We value your business and feedback, and we’re sorry this situation left you disappointed.
