After shopping around for a vehicle for over a month, I contacted Bob Hook inquiring about an SUV viewed online. The receptionist forwarded me to a dealer who she felt could best help me. Arriving at Bob Hook, I requested to speak with Bruce Winters...what an awesome guy!! Immediately after meeting Bruce I felt comfortable with being around him. His friendly, laid-back character draws you in. As a female, I did not feel the sense of being scammed or bamboozled when dealing with Bruce. I loved the fact Bob Hook supports the quality of their vehicles. Bruce made my car experience hassle free and enjoyable, not only for myself but my children as well.
