I have gone out of my way for the suburb service I receive from Patrick's , Sales team and service is great. I have never been a "Dealership" customer. My used purchases in the past were from small retail establishments. As far as service is concerned, I've always preferred to either do it myself or de used purchases in the past were from small retail establishments. As far as service is concerned, I've always preferred to either do it myself or deal with a smaller shop. In the past I've never been at all satisfied with the service department of ANY dealership. That has now changed. It is do primarily to one particular individual in the (of all places) service department. I had never met Mario before coming to Patrick yet he treated me like a family member from the very first meeting. It didn't feel phoney, faked or insincere in any way. He was genuinely committed to my being totally satisfied with his small part of (as he put it) "The Total Patrick Experience". Mario is an excellent asset to your organization and I felt compelled to let someone know about it. More
I've always had great service in a timely fashion from the service people at Patrick. The guys are all very respectful and courteous. We have purchased all of our cars there. My experience with Patrick has been for over 30 years, when I shop for a car they are the only place I go to because of how well I am treated and not preasured. I take all my service to be done because they only do what is needed and do not try to sell you service that is not needed. I even bought my daughters used car there which was also a great experience. When ever I hear someone needing a car I always tell them to go to Patrick. Everyone is very friendly and the service staff gets you in and out as fast as they can, plus the accomendations to wait for your service to be done is so relaxing. Patrick does not preasure you when buying a car like other dealerships. More
Eight years ago I purchased a new SUV from Patrick Buick GMC. I will admit, I was skeptical at first. I believe that back in the 90's I had a bad experience with being pressured to buy. In 2003, I purchased a new GMC Envoy XL from Patrick Buick GMC. I feel like I'm the happiest SUV owner on the road. Not only am I EXTREMELY ecstatic with my SUV of choice, but getting it serviced has been a breeze. Patrick Buick GMC has performed 98% of my services and I've ONLY had positive experiences. They are extremely friendly and I really couldn't ask for more fairness. When I have questions, they answer them immediately. If I don't understand or feel something may not be right, they listen to me and address the issue. The lines of communications are wide open all day long. I've even called my service consultants when I was 400 miles away for advice and faxed car documents for their review/opinion. They were happy to help me and gave great advice. I'm known to keep my cars for long periods of time (i.e., decades). I look forward to continuing my service relationship with Patrick Buick GMC. If I'm still in the area, I would definitely purchase from them again and I would recommend both their sales and service departments to others. On a side-note, one item the I'll always remember was a meeting held for new car/SUV owners. Both sales and service consultants were on-hand for a 2-hour evening meeting that gave owners service tips about their new wheels. One item they stated was, "if you don't have a factory installed remote car starter, don't ad one. It could cause major problems." I'm so glad they told me and never added one. I know others who added them in the aftermarket and it's just been one headache after another. OK -- I think you got the point. Having bought several new Jeeps from Patrick, their service staff has done excellent repairs and service on all of them. I started doing business with them about ten years ago because of their excellen service staff has done excellent repairs and service on all of them. I started doing business with them about ten years ago because of their excellent service. The round trip from home is 180 miles; their service and sales staff have made the trip worthwhile. My first experience there followed the recommendation of a friend. When the local dealership (10 miles from home) could not fix a relatively simple problem, Patrick's people took care of it in 30 minutes. Other repairs during the past ten years were handled promptly and professionally by (Service Manager) Jerry Kehoe and his staff. When buying the past six new Jeeps at Patrick, the sales staff (Larry A. and Shannon F.) were truly professional. Following the government takeover of Chrysler, Patrick is no longer selling new Jeeps, nor are they able to perform warranty repairs on Chrysler products. That will be Chrysler's loss, to be certain, but they will have to learn that for themselves. My only dilemma now is where to go at trade-in time as I like Jeeps. More
I have been to the Patrick dealership for Service on all three of my vehicles, and I have found them to be knowledgeable and able to handle any job on either of my domestic vehicles (Jeep & GMC) as well as three of my vehicles, and I have found them to be knowledgeable and able to handle any job on either of my domestic vehicles (Jeep & GMC) as well as my BMW. Jerry in Service has always been friendly and helpful, and the job is always done right and in a timely manner, just as promised. I've also purchased two vehicles from Patrick, a used Pontiac and more recently a new GMC truck, and Tony in Sales was helpful in closing both deals, he listened to my concerns and gave me a fair price on my trade-ins. So, whether buying a vehicle or having one serviced, I've always found them to be honest and fair - THANK YOU! More
Dealing with Patrick was a great expriance. I bought a new Acadia in May 2010 and really enjoy the car.
