1. Bought a Honda Accord end of April. Two weeks later it was found to have a slow tire leak. Happened again twice, taking 2-4 weeks to show up each time. Tiny nail discovered. Was it there before I bought it? Maybe yes, maybe no. 2. By July 1st my license plate hadn't showed up. I called Beaverton Honda. They said they wouldn't do anything about it until the temp. plate was up (3weeks later). That's now. I called this week. B. Honda tells me that mid May my plates were ordered and sent out but sent back. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME THIS WEEKS BEFORE! I asked why the plates were returned. They named the address - it was correct. They said something about maybe the package needed to be signed for; I learned today that it did not. They then told me I had to fix this be contacting DMV and asking for my plates back. Basically B. Honda told me it was my problem, even though they were the service provider. The staff today gave me a DMV number that she said would be a direct line. It's 503-299-9999. It's a general number to DMV. I don't know about your DMV but mine has a line 75 ft long out the door every morning. Staff at B. Honda lie to make you go away, and based on their telling me not to call until the due date when the problem happened 6 weeks earlier I'd say they don't know what they're doing. 3. The extended warranty I bought. Last month I received notice that some things will cost me more than when I purchased it. This is my third Honda. I like the car, but I recommend you go elsewhere to buy and for service. More

Every person working at the dealership was friendly and professional. I didn't intend to purchase a new car (I brought my CRV in for service.) But I asked to see a few vehicles I was interested in while th professional. I didn't intend to purchase a new car (I brought my CRV in for service.) But I asked to see a few vehicles I was interested in while there, knowing I wanted to purchase a new SUV sometime this year. Ron Chirrick showed me the two SUV's I was interested in, and was so helpful answering questions. Long story short, I went back the very next day, and purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport! To every person on the staff, thank you! They did simple things like holding the door–very welcoming. The behind the scenes magic might not be visible but it's important, too. I needed a rental when I brought my car in for service and Don switched my rental from a CRV to the Passport when he learned I was interested in that car. Ron was patient and fun while I test drove the vehicle, and throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership. More

After having my car stolen and then recovered in a totaled condition I ended up without a vehicle and this team truly calmed Honda are truly amazing. After having my car stolen and then recovered in a totaled condition I ended up without a vehicle and this team truly calmed my fears and did whatever they could to help me get into a new vehicle even though I didn’t have a down payment. This is the 2nd time Bob Lanphere’s dealerships have shown up for me. Not only would I recommend Ron and Bob Lanphere Beaverton Honda, but the Bob Lanphere name itself deserves a lot of respect as well. Great experience at Beaverton Honda! Nathan and everybody there are super friendly. helpful, and make people feel value. I got another vehicle and went there to get the frames for the Nathan and everybody there are super friendly. helpful, and make people feel value. I got another vehicle and went there to get the frames for the plates. They put the plates to my car, checked the tire pressure and didn’t get charge for it. Very professional, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Beaverton Honda! More
We worked with Ron Chirrick to purchase our 2025 Honda CR-V. We hadn't bought a new vehicle since December of 2007, and we were frankly pretty nervous about the experience. We had mostly settled on this vehicle for our next car purchase, and Beaverton Honda happened to have the exact color and trim level we wanted. Ron made the experience very easy, and VERY low pressure. He ran all our requested financing scenarios with zero exasperation. He was patient and personable. And he even followed us back to our house way across town so I could give him a check for the down payment. I haven't wrote a check in about a million years, so I never carry the checkbook with me. And I love my new car. I am running errands like a crazy person. More
