Bob Pulte started his first dealership in 1975 as a Oldsmobile Dealer in Cincinnati. In 1992, Bob Pulte opened up Bob Pulte Chevrolet in Lebanon, OH.

My Review Of Bob Pulte Chevrolet:

I was having problems with my transmission. I took my car to the dealer where I bought it and they told me there was nothing wrong. A short time later I still felt that there was a problem so I took it to Pulte. They agreed that there was a problem and they fixed it. And, I have to say that I love the fact that they have you drive with them (which the dealer that I bought the car at didn't do) so that you are both on the same page and understand the problem. I dealt with Jim and Rick and both were very friendly and helpful.

My Review Of Bob Pulte Chevrolet:

Contacted Jim Couch when dash signal indicated the hood latch was open (checked it and it was latched) and Jim said bring it in and they would check it out. Within a few minutes the problem was determined and a part was ordered. Within a few days the part was in and I returned for replacement, which was completed within a few minutes. This is what I call Service!

First of all the friendly atmosphere was noticeable, and Biff and Dick were very attentive to our needs.
They were straight forward, up front and honest with us and we are very happy with our decision.
i would highly recommend Bob Pulte to anyone.

Contacted the dealer through the internet; car was ready and waiting for the test drive when I got there. Jim was helpful and low pressure. Love the car that I got. Really like the extended warranty program there; money-back if you don't use it. I would recommend them and will continue to use.

My Review Of Bob Pulte Chevrolet:

I had a warrenty item that need repaired; I took it to the service department on Wednesday and was told to bring it in the next day at 7:30 AM.
I returned Thursday morning at 7:30 AM and at 2:30 PM I was called telling me my vehicle was fixed and I could pick it up. Dewayne France was very friendly and professional getting my appointment and getting the work completed.

The service department gets the car finished quickly and is very competitively priced to independent mechanics. Both Jim and Dewayne know who I am and treat me like a valued customer. Your service department provides the dealership with a competitive advantage over other brands and independent mechanical. A great reason to continue our long relationship with Pulte.

I rated Bob Pulte Chevrolet very high beacuse of the positive experience I had while at the dealership. The appt time was observed, the work was completed quickly and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I was advised of the areas on the car that would need attention in the near future. My original sales person, Skeeter, also greeted me while I waited in the lounge. Overall experience was great.

My Review Of Bob Pulte Chevrolet:

I am new to the area, and I saw the Pulte ad on TV, so I decided to give the dealership a try for my first service in OH on my Equinox. I couldn't have been more pleased, and will definitely take my car back for its 30,000 miles service when it is due. Mr. Couch couldn't have been nicer to me, and my wait time was just what he said it would be, and so was the price of the service.
