My Review of Bob Pulte Chevrolet:
The service and communication were excellent. I new what was happening every step of the way and was treated very nice by all that worked there. The communication between Jim and the technition made it easey for him to diagnoise the problem correctly. I have never had a bad experience here or not no what was going on. I will recommend to my friends and family.

dewayne was able to determine the problem and fix it very fast, and since i work nights, sitting at a dealership all day waiting on my car isn't my idea of fun, i couldn't have been treated any better

I had my Cadillac in for warranty work as well as brake service. DeWayne explained all work & estimate, and as always the work was done on time & at the price quoted. Pulte Chevrolet is the most professional & honest dealership , and that is why I take all my vehicles regardless of model to them. I know DeWayne and everyone else will treat me right. I do tell neighbors & friends about Pulte's super service.

After driving my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer for several months with a misdiagnosed front end noise I decided to take my vehicle to Bob Pulte for a diagnosis. They immediately found the problem,repaired it while I waited and I left a very happy new customer. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and I will certainly be returning in the future.

My wife and I just purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu from Bob Pulte Chevrolet. We dealt with Dick Brooks, who was great to work with. He helped us look at, drive, and consider several vehicles before we decided on the Malibu we bought. Dick helped us get every rebate we were eligible for. The dealership gave us a very good trade in on our old car, too. We highly recommend Dick Brooks and Bob Pulte Chevrolet.

My Review of Bob Pulte Chevrolet:
Randy and his team went above and beyond expectations on my last visit. I asked Randy for assistance in getting a aftermarket exhaust for my 2012 Camaro ss. Randy went and searched one out for a truly great price. He got me the exhaust and gave me a more than fair price for installation. His team excelled when we had fitment issues that were related to the exhaust manufacturer. Rick the shop foreman spent a lot of time trying to correct the issue. He was truly dedicated to making the system fit properly and to ensure I would be happy with it. This team is the best of the best in my opinion. I will only trust my car to Bob Pulte Chevrolet for all future work. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Great customer service and the best "say-do" service shop that I've experienced.
Randy did a great job working my car in to get some work done before I left to go out of town. I know it was tight getting my car worked in the schedule, but they did it during my lunch hour.

My Review of Bob Pulte Chevrolet:
I really like the personal attention given to whatever problems I have. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They are also sensitive to one's inconvenience and try to resolve issues in an efficient and expedient way without sacrificing quality and satisfaction. I truly like the way I am treated at Pulte, so much so that it is worth the half hour drive no matter what my auto service needs are. I recommend Pulte all the time.
