I have been using Bob Swope Ford to service my cars since I moved to Elizabethtown in 2010. I can honestly say I have never had a better place to have my cars serviced. This is a great dealership, I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. My only concern is the service department. Everytime I bring my vehicle in for an oil change, it takes over an hour. I vehicles from this dealership. My only concern is the service department. Everytime I bring my vehicle in for an oil change, it takes over an hour. I work 3rd shift and I would like to go sleep. I have a maintenance plan, and I still don’t want to get my oil change due to the fact of having to wait an hour or more. I have seen people wait longer in the waiting room. If they could cut an oil change down to 30mins per vehicle that would be a lot better and I would give this dealership a 5 star. I have watched them service multiple vehicles, sometimes I been there before some people and they are done before me. This is my review to you, hopefully you can speed up oil change More
