My Review of Boch Honda:
Tom Rybak was extremely professional and courteous. We couldn't of asked for a better salesman. No pressure or arm twisting, something that I wasn't accustomed to. Very knowledgeable in the Honda product line. Tom is truly a valuable asset to Boch Honda. Gary McKinley was also of the same quality professional staff at Boch. I will continue to purchase from Boch as a result of these two individuals. Auto purchases will never be the same again. Thank you Tom and Gary.

My whole experience at Boch Honda was very pleasant. Jim Travers made buying a car non stressful and actually LISTENED to my needs first before we talked business. He was very knowledgeable and knew his products inside and out. He helped with the financing as well which was a big concern for my wife.I have purchased many cars in my life and Jim is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He is a credit to the Boch organization.

My husband and I visited Boch Honda last spring looking for a CRV lease. We worked with Kevin and he was great! He took the time to sit with us and figure out exactly what we needed and could afford. He was friendly, considerate, honest, and very knowledgeable about the cars in the lot. Not only was our deal great and very fair, but Kevin was able to get us a very generous price for our trade -- a Chevy Lumina that would barely start. We left with exactly what we wanted: a black CRV, EX-L with cream interior and a monthly payment we could afford. It was perfect and I would definitely go back to Boch to see Kevin again and again.

I visited to drive a new Honda Ridgeline (I had been driving a Toyota Tundra) I was so impressed with the ride of the Ridgeline I just happed to ask how much and 20 minutes later I had a deal on a new Ridgeline. They were very up front and the price was fair. I felt I got good value for my trade and I really like the Ridgline.

My Review of Boch Honda:
I had the best time at Boch Honda!!! I had the best saleswoman Tenia Kniolek!! Tenia and I hit it off right away!!! I was so confortable with her she took the time to ask and LISTEN to my needs and wants, and once my short list was done done, she took me out on the lot and showed me my beautiful car!!! I was sooo excited she was jumping up and down with me! we went for a test drive and I wanted to keep driving. She than brought me to meet with another girl Desiree (sp?)..another one of my favorites!!! She works in the finacee department. I had a blast sitting with her and going over all the facts and figures..and made sure I understood everything! I had so much fun with her and Tenia I was sad to leave them!!! I have to say Tenia and Desiree are the best EVER!!!! They are my girls..because girls rule and boys drool. Oh and Darnell Young was so helpful and very thankful for all his help he sent me to Tenia and Desiree--they all are great. OH and I can't forget my boy Mark..on of the mangers..love him and his fishing ties. They are like Marky Marky and the funky bounch..all so friendly and helpful..they are always smiling and laughing!!

Lia was exceptionally good to me. Best place I have bought a car so far. They seemed to go above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Including picking me up and driving me home when I didn't have a car. They didn't have the car I was looking for at their lot so they found the right car and had it brought to Norwood for me. They wanted to get me the car I wanted instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want.

My Review of Boch Honda:
I have been buying/leasing cars through Boch Honda for the last several years. After initially leasing from Boch, I made the decision to never deal with any other dealership except Boch. The sales team and and the service department employee's are phenominal, I have no reason to shop for my cars elsewhere.

Every time I bring a car back to purchase/lease a new one, I am in and out within an hour or less, including negotiating the deal and financing. My cars have always been immaculate and ready to go. It is hard to express in works how happy I am with this dealership and I recommend it to all my family and friends.

I've had nothing but excellent service and experiences with Boch Honda. I will be a customer for life!!

Thanks Boch and team for making my car buying life easier!!

My Review of Boch Honda:
So I braced myself waiting for the games, the long waits, the hardball tactics... then it was a completely PLEASANT experience that really exceeded my expectations.

I started at Bernardi, and I also had a great experience initially, but they never followed up with me after that first visit except one email over the course of a week. I also would have paid $50 more a month leasing there.

The absolute best way to buy a car I think is to negotiate first over the internet. Andrew their internet guy (and those who filled in for him) were super responsive. There was a little salesmanship over email trying to close the deal, but also there were no games. Really upfront. Took $100 to hold the car over the phone, confirmed they had the title before I drove down. Got a great deal on an Accord Lease.

So I set up a time to go in on Saturday to have my trade appraised. I told them i only had 30 minutes tops, but expected to be there an hour at least. I was out in 20 minutes. They totally respected my time. ( I will say though I got there early before the rush and there were sales people everywhere wandering waiting to pounce... this is a place with a lot of activity).

Luda was a very helpful sales person, running around when I went in Sunday to help get it done. you can wait a bit on busy days for the business office (Which I did for an hour or so). By the time I got there, I did get some of the sales pitch for the expensive addons, but it wasn't too bad.

I take delivery this week. This is a high volume dealer... if you're in on a weekend, there's a LOT going on. But if you do your homework, (and work over the net), you really can't beat BOCH.
