I have been trying to contact Bill Holliday for over a week now. I keep getting his voicemail and o return calls back. I just purchased 2020 volvo xc60 less the3 months ago. I took it in for service because the AC was not getting cold. They told me it was a leak in oe of the hoses. They offered to pay half the cost since it is not covered under the warranty. I agreed to pay half and I still haven't heard back from Bill. It is starting to get hot outside and I need my ac fixed. Can someone please help. Thanks so much. Terrance Howelll More

My son went for oil change and was overcharged of the the oil change even with the coupon. Can’t imagine to charge 117$ for oil change and tire rotation .
