"They Made it Right!"

My overall FIRST experience here was not a good one. We went with Bommarito due to their amazing reviews and great pricing. What we received was indeed what we felt was a great price on a used car but the service was lack luster, and deceptive to points. The vehicle we purchased was damaged. We were lied to about the damage from the very beginning. The deal was pressured and then signing for the vehicle proved to continue along the same path. We were not given all the proper paperwork, information was not fully disclosed, we were rushed as the dealership closed and the service ball was ultimately dropped. Based off my first buying experience with Bommarito, I was not impressed and was very disappointed. After contacting upper management about the issues we were having with the pre owned vehicle we purchased and what took place prior to, during, and after purchase of the vehicle, we were assured they would make it right. They did just that. We were given a new salesman, Ted, and he was simply awesome. Ted was down to earth, friendly, and worked for us in making a deal on a new vehicle. We ended up staying till close one night trying to hammer out a deal, was unable to and came back the next day. We never felt pressured by Ted or that we were an imposition to him and his schedule. I was thrilled with the contact he kept, his patience and ability to work for us. He was with us through the entire process. He was the very last person we saw before we drove off the lot. Kyle in finance helped us with our loan. He broke down all the information for us, and the finance experience was flawless. He gave us more in depth information on extended warranty's than the first time around, didn't push us, but was patient with us. which was not the experience we received the first time around. We would recommend Bommarito. Thank you for working with us and making it right. Ted and Kyle were amazing and made the experience pleasurable after a disappointing first buying experience.
