I also felt the manager was on performance with fake customer service skills. After a few months of driving my new-to-me preowned vehicle, the engine started knocking, in the dead of winter. I checked the oil and it was all gone. I quick dumped in 3 liters and contacted Boucher. It took awhile, but they finally agreed to do consumption testing. The service rep I worked with was very nice, but he admitted that he was having a hard time getting answers from the manager regarding my complaint. The consumption testing took about a year because sometimes they would forget to record results. I kept running out of oil every 1,000 miles and the blame was put on me as the owner who is responsible for checking oil regularly (who really does that right after buying a car from a dealer?!). The nice service rep who tried very diligently to help me and get answers ended up leaving Boucher so then I was starting over with someone else. They kept promising that they would consult with this car manufacturer's dealer for answers. They finally came up with a dumb broad response that this particular car just naturally runs out of oil every thousand miles and I have to keep filling it up. I'm a single woman, and I feel had. I'm not dumb. I'm tired of always checking oil and dumping more in all the time. I would expect that with a car purchased from a shady person off the street, not a dealer; and certainly not when I paid good money for that car and have a bank note on it. More

We told her we were very interested and would like to purchase it if it all checked out. We got there and the car was getting new tires and breaks so it was up on the lift. We couldn't even get in it. We waited almost an hour while she "talked with her manager" about when it would be ready. They made us put a $500 deposit down since we wouldn't be able to wait the 6 hours for it to be ready that day. They also questioned us as to why we weren't financing through them. We did it through our local bank. When we drove 3 hrs back to get it Danielle wasn't even there. Danielle had promised us a check would be waiting for us to get our deposit back. When we got there they had no idea about the check. Then they said they would mail it to is in a few days. It has now been 2 weeks and no check. I called and they said it had to go through their corporate office and it will "take time". Never going back to that dealership or recommending it to anyone. More
Used car deal Tony was great! Very knowledgable. Jon in finance really went out of his way to accommodate my financial situation. My Only real complaint was I bough Tony was great! Very knowledgable. Jon in finance really went out of his way to accommodate my financial situation. My Only real complaint was I bought a vehicle that hadn't even made it to the floor. While I was told it passed inspection, 4 days into the car, a service light came on. I emailed Tony and was told it was serviced but wasn't reset. Also, his definition of " detailing" the car was way different then mine. It wasn't detailed. It was vacuumed and washed at best. I went thru a whole container of car wipes and wiped it down myself. Cup holders, inside doors and most of the dash hadn't been touched. The carpets weren't shampooed and a stain that could've been worked on not even touched. While I realize it's a used car, it's new to me. I would've appreciated a little more effort. I even offered to come back for the vehicle so that someone could take their time and do it properly. Besides that, I feel I got a pretty good deal. More
Nightmare Experience I was excited to go test drive a car that I PLANNED on buying and couldn't wait to get there. I was even pre-approved for financing before I arrived. I was excited to go test drive a car that I PLANNED on buying and couldn't wait to get there. I was even pre-approved for financing before I arrived. Once driving the car I noticed that it had a loud noise and vibration in the front end on the highway that was evident immediately & also had a severe pulsing in the pedal while braking. I didn't see it right away, but when we got back to the dealership there was a dent with scuff marks on the back driver side of the car. When negotiating price, I was told there would be NO price adjustment for the mechanical issues and Joe said that the sticker price was IT!!! NO negotiating. Also Joe Hacker insisted I go through their financing, even against my wishes. I did my homework on local prices paid in the area, other dealership prices & blue book value (I used good condition - The car wasn't), but Joe Hacker went on his computer & pulled out some FAKE blue book value which was $5,000 more then the real one and said that the printouts I had from "Kelley" & "Edmunds" were not relevant to buying from a dealership!! Everything was lies & hard sales techniques from his mouth. I am a college educated accountant, and I COULDN'T make sense of the purchase agreement he brought out from some back room where he was for 34 minutes while I waited staring out the window. The sticker prices was $9,995, but his purchase agreement said $16,995 with some discounts that we never spoke about & then fees that brought the car back up to almost $10,000 plus tax & titling and more fees. Blue book was only $8000. When I called him on all the lies & BS, he brought out a sales manager and tried to tag team me in to a sale.. When that didn't work & they realized I wasn't an idiot, they just start talking to me like I wasn't worth their time cause I wasn't buying a more expensive car from their lot. I left 3 hours later disgusted and violated!! More

He was professional , knew his inventory , knew his dealership and displayed confidence in his abilities to find answers any questions that I had. Time was taken to insure that he understood what type of vehicle I was looking for. He introduced me to Kevin Dennis , who also did a great job of making sure I knew the positives of buying at Boucher. It was obvious, that he supported Nick and that made me comfortable dealing with Nick. I felt that they both were sincerely interested in working with me to find the right Denali. I made several trips back to the dealership , for test drive(s) and discussions. They also took phone calls from me as I was watching 19 cars on line daily and had also been at other dealerships looking at vehicles. At the end of the story, their pricing , vehicle age and mileage was the best option. But what closed the deal , was Nick. He was the difference as I chose to buy local, supporting a Waukesha based business. Boucher should be proud of both , as its the work of great employees that make the difference and this case , made the sale. The Denali is great . They have followed through on all details of the transactions and I look forward to using their service department for all needs in the future. More

Customer service does not exist. Don't waste your time. Stopped in to purchase a vehicle we had seen advertised and also saw a cool buyers incentive with a purchase. They didn't honor the incentive because we hadn't mentioned it when we first walked in the door. We bought the vehicle anyhow and were informed we would receive 3 free oil changes with the new vehicle only to never receive them and after calling to ask what had happened to them we were informed that we wouldn't be getting them because we didn't pay full price for the vehicle. Managers (yes plural) do not return phone calls or respond to voicemails. Overall they are very unresponsive and could care less about customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. More
TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Customer service does not exist at this dealership. They absolutely will not give a crap about you after you sig I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Customer service does not exist at this dealership. They absolutely will not give a crap about you after you sign the papers apparently. AND I will warn you, DO NOT PURCHASE THE GAP AND CAR CARE SERVICE... (gap insurance is way less expensive through your individual auto insurance) .... all the maintenance for your vehicle can only be done through Boucher of Waukesha. I don't know why Melissa Rupnow in finance told me I could use the 3 year car care service ANYWHERE. It isn't true. I received the coupon book for the car maintenance service and it can ONLY BE REDEEMED AT BOUCHER. I purchased a Subaru from this Cadillac dealership the beginning of March. When I saw the vehicle for the first time, the front bumper had a 12 inch crack, trunk latch didn't work, and some insulation padding under the hood that was all torn up. I requested these 3 things be done before I bought the vehicle however a week later I came in to fill out paperwork and the only thing they fixed was the bumper. Their internet apparently wasn't working either. I was able to take the car home and was promised the things I requested be done the following week. Another week went by and I go in to fill out paperwork, the part for the padding wasn't even ordered yet so they didn't get that done, but they were able to fix the trunk latch while I filled out paperwork. 3 days later, after only two weeks of having the vehicle, the sunroof went out. the only thing I did was open it and I swear to God it was only open for 30 minutes. when I tried to close it, it would stop halfway and die out. I was able to open it all the way, but it would get stuck halfway. Living almost two hours from this dealership, it wasn't ideal to drive that distance to get it fixed right away. The next day I called the service department and I talked to Eric, he said if it was something simple like a fuse, there would be no charge. Brought it in a couple days later and after about two hours, Eric came to me and said he found a piece of wood and presented me with an estimate of $700 (not including parts if I needed it) to see what was wrong with the sunroof saying he'd have to take the sunroof apart. I thought this was ridiculous since I just bought the vehicle not even two weeks. I talked to Joe Hacker in sales and he spoke to his manager to help bring the labor cost down to $400. Still ridiculous since I hadn't even made my first car payment and I'm already putting money into the vehicle. I also spoke to general manager David Cockford, but all he gave me was a shrug and a 'sorry too bad so sad' attitude. It's like fighting tooth and nails with these people. BIG MISTAKE TO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. NEVER AGAIN. More
Finally, a car dealership that makes car buying easy! My wife and I stopped by to check out the 2015 Buick Enclave to replace or family minivan. Nathan Liss was our sales associate who took the time show us the vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, good at problem solving, and gets back to you right away with the information we needed. No more chasing down the sales rep! And finally a car salesman who actually knows the product they are selling. It was all no pressure, but they worked hard and professionally to get the deal done. Even got out of our minivan lease early at no cost. Wow. We will definitely be going back someday when we need another vehicle. I'd recommend anyone to give this dealership a try. You won't be disappointed! More

Because this was my first experience with a Boucher dealership, I would highly recommend Boucher to my family and friends for their own automobile experience - sales or service. More
