I am so disgusted and disappointed with the lack of response we've received to our requests for service on our VW Atlas. I'm beginning to think that buying this car was a big mistake! We continue to ha response we've received to our requests for service on our VW Atlas. I'm beginning to think that buying this car was a big mistake! We continue to have warning lights come on stating some fluid levels are a problem and we've taken the car (which's supposed to be under warranty) to Hall VW who charged us $200 for diagnostics only to tell us they couldn't find a problem. Why did we have to pay $200 for diagnosing a problem that should be under warranty?? They changed the oil and sent us on our way. 3 weeks later, the same warning light comes on about a fluid level issue and tells us to shut the car off. So we have it towed into Boucher, who says now there's too much oil and they don't know why! Really?!? If the oil was changed 3 weeks ago and no one added any, how could it now be too high? Why did it take 3 weeks for a warning light to come on?? I have NO CONFIDENCE in the service we have received. I've spent a total of $1,000 (diagnostics, towing x3, rental car, paying for flat tire on rental car) and we still have no answers More
