I have been looking for the right truck now for almost 6 months. I honestly thought that I would never buy from a dealership because I've always thought that they were too expensive. However, when I finally gave in and went to Boyd, I met Richard Mangum and he's honestly the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He even found the exact truck I wanted that was at a dealership that was alot further away for me to go too but he immediately had it brought to his dealership. He was not pushy and didn't rush me at all and could answer any question I asked him. He also worked the absolute best he could with me on the price to keep me happy because he said that that was what mattered most important to him and you honestly don't find many people like that anymore. I am recommending Richard to everyone I know and he will now be my car salesman for life!! More

They even went as far as to travel to Virginia to bring in a vehicle they thought we may like. They were right about the Vehicle because it was the perfect one for us. More

I purchased a new Honda CR-V from Boyd and had THE best buying experience EVER!! I NEVER step foot into the dealership...I did it all over email and phone which is the way I wanted to do business. Alex located the vehicle I requested at another dealership, got it there and had the deal closed within three days as I was leaving the country in less than a week and wanted to get this done before I left. Over the process of months of looking and trying to figure out what I wanted to buy, Alex kepted in touch with me through phone and emails the entire time. At the end of the transaction when he delivered the vehicle to my work he made me a homemade peacan pie from scratch as I had told him in the process that was my favorite! That is SERVICE and a personal touch that just doesn't happen in this day and time. I also would like to thank Nathan and Richard as well as they all pitched in to locate and purchase this vehicle from another dealership to get exactly what I wanted!!
