Very laid back. No pressure. Very enjoyable experience. Everyone was nice and cordial. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable ie. the Internet Teem, Mr. Freedman my sales rep, and the Finance folks.

I received wonderful service when buying my Tucson at Hall Hyundai in Elizabeth City. The general manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful when it came to answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and great service.

My Review of Hall Hyundai Elizabeth City:
I drove two and a half hours to get to Hall Hyundai to look at an 2012 Sonata. I have a dealership that is close to me, but they dropped the ball and never called me back on a car i was interested in. As soon as i got to Hall Hyundai i met Jack hardy. Very nice salesman that knew the car well from bumper to bumper. The other dealership never went over much of anything and was trying to push me into a used 2011 Sonata. Jack did not presure me into anything and was very helpful in the decision making of buying a new car. Jack and the dealership kept in contact with me over the next few days while paper work and details were finalized and i could make the trip back to Elizabeth City, NC. to pick up the car. The sales manager Mike as well as finance manager Toney Smith were super cool and put you at ease with the whole purchasing process. I would highly recommend hall Hyundai to anyone doing research on a new vehicle that they carry or making a purchase from them. Im one happy customer and you dont hear that too much these days with car dealerships..........

My Review of Hall Hyundai Elizabeth City:
Overall great experience. I found this car on the internet, received a competitive out-the-door quote from sales manager, gave a counteroffer, agreed on final price, gave a deposit, and picked up the car a week later. Stephen Schaeffer and his sales manager returned every phone call and email. They were willing to help with transportation also.

I wish I had the same kind of experience at my local Hyundai dealership. The 270 mile trip to Elizabeth City was well worth the time and effort! I recommend them highly.

Stephen and the whole team were wonderful to work with and very friendly. They worked with us on the cars we needed to trade in to make the deal happen. No one was pushy or made us feel rushed. It was a great buying experience and I would certainly buy here again and recommend Hall Hyundai to friends.

Both Stan and Stephen were extremely oourtious and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all questions asked. They walked me through the numerous electronic technologies that my new vehicle has. I would highly recommend both salesmen as well as the dealership to anyone.

My Review of Hall Hyundai Elizabeth City:
Jon did a great job. I was able to express to him my desires and needs in a new vehicle. Jon responded, and I could not have asked for better. I feel like I actually have a friend in the dealership, that I not only can count on should I need to in the future, but one that I could also send friends to, if I found out that they were going to be looking to purchase a new vehicle. And I would send them to him for either of the two makes at this location. Over all the purchase of the new car went just as Jon said it would, and he took care of everything. GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT JOB, GREAT SALES REP for Hall. Thanks Jon.

I just hope that Stephen is around in 5-7 years when we buy our next car or truck. It was a great buying experience. He is by far one of the best sales persons that I have ever dealt with. Also the finance manager was very good as well and made you feel right at home. Over all this was a really good experience.
