I have been to all the surrounding dealers and Brad Manning service advisors make the whole experience of bringing your vehicle in for service easier. They will pick up and drop off your vehicle. They will call, text, or email you about your vehicle you decide which one not the dealer. If there is a way to get assistance on repairs to your vehicle, they try for it. I am telling you, if you have not experienced the level of service I am writing about you need to stop by BRAD MANNING FORD. Now about my experience this time. I brought my 07 explore in for an oil change. The three advisors Trysha, Tish, and John were all busy with people already. Brad Manning Ford always is busy, but they always make the time for more. All of them excused themselves to say good morning. I waited patiently and within 3mins they had my vehicle written up and me enjoying a nice cup of FREE fresh coffee in their clean comfortable waiting area. They came out to me, went over the recommendations for my vehicle. I had questions about them. They took me to my vehicle and the TECH went over them. He showed me why they needed to be done, also explained that a few of the could wait to be done. I authorized some work to be done. They provided the opportunity to get a loaner vehicle, I decided to wait for my vehicle. The repairs got done they cashed me out, I walked to my car and it was washed. WOW!! What a TEAM at BRAD MANNING!! More
