I am 62 years old and have been buying cars for years, without a doubt, my experience with Brad's has been the best I have ever experienced. Literally no pleasure, my sales Rep Mark M. was more like a be without a doubt, my experience with Brad's has been the best I have ever experienced. Literally no pleasure, my sales Rep Mark M. was more like a best friend helping my find the car of my needs, so attentive to me and knowledgable about all the cars I inquired about. The sales staff, all the way up to the Used Car manager, Nick, took the time to explain everything to me, worked hard to get everything on my terms, got me the car of my choice at a very appordable rate and with a warranty to insure my vehicle is mine to enjoy for many years to follow. The popcorn was excellent, all the staff, includiing the receptionist, "one eye" and a number of sales staff I interacted with were great, even Brad took the time to talk and we never even mentioned the car, we shared common interests and the love of the Pacific Northwest. I found out how involved Brad is in community events as an EMT and sponsor to kids sports and he's a really fun guy, someone I would to love to work for. No incentives for this review, I give freely based on my personal experience. Way to go Brad's, you have won my business and my trust. More
