Back in April I ordered a Tesla, fully convinced I was going to go to a full EV. As the months passed awaiting delivery, I began to feel it just wasn't the right time to make the full commitment to an EV going to go to a full EV. As the months passed awaiting delivery, I began to feel it just wasn't the right time to make the full commitment to an EV and considering the price, wanted to see what other vehicles may be out there. I narrowed my choices down to the BMW 5 Series and the Mercedes E Class. Researching and finding vehicles, especially with the current supply constraints, can be challenging. I knew I wanted a Certified Pre-Owned from a dealer with a good reputation. I found Braman and our sales person, Nicole Stem, on this site and reached out. Nicole contacted me right away (she wasn't even working that morning) and listened to what I was looking for and came back later that day with several options. She patiently answered all questions and even took extra photos to help me eliminate some of the choices. We decided to purchase a 2019 CPO 530e, sight unseen (based on Nicole's recommendations and advice). We made the two and half hour trip down and took delivery of our vehicle a couple weeks ago and could not be happier with the whole experience, including addressing a couple items after the purchase (Katie in service was great). I hope to purchase from Nicole and Braman again for our next vehicle. More

I first met Carlos Sanchez about six weeks prior to my purchase . At that time, Braman did not have a car in stock that met my requirements.
