Braman BMW West Palm Beach responded

Lior, upon reviewing the service record for this visit we found that you were contacted by our service manager and he explained that the oil change was completed with fresh oil and an oil filter as per the BMW 3 year oil service plan you purchased. The additional filter issue is referring to air filters, which is not part of the oil package. That air filters was not in stock here at the dealership for your older model BMW. Therefore, it was ordered from the Miami warehouse, and when the parts arrived you declined that service and there were no additional charges added to your account. If you have any additional concerns regarding the service, please feel free to contact our service manager. Thank you.

Braman BMW West Palm Beach Wrong no one ever called me . That is why I wrote the review , oh and the oil change was never completed and I never declined any additional filter’s .the filters I’m referring to is not the air filters and was never even offered that. Guess you can’t read what I wrote ( please look at the picture attached ). You guys are a bunch of liars . Never got a call and oil change was never done look at the picture of my dashboard showing the oil levels on the car never touched . I was never offered anything. Was told you couldn’t get the parts in time after I was there to pick up the car already after having the car for 2 days and telling me it’s ready for pickup only to be told you couldn’t do the job without the filter’s . The text chat in the photos is from your service advisor. . You’re obviously not reading the comments or even looking at the pictures . What a joke. I’m glad your customers can see you can’t even respond to a comment properly or even read it properly that your responses here don’t even make sense after looking at the pictures and reading what I wrote FYI took my car down the block to MotorHaus and for $240 they did the oil change and filters same day and excellent service . Can’t believe I went to BMW to pay double thinking Braman BMW would be able to do the job right . Well that didn’t happen . And the response you give is great . Thanks for reiterating my comments that you guys do not have a clue is correct 👍 took you 6 weeks to respond to a review . Excellent work

You can see the photos on the Google and facebook reviews that you also responded to and i just emailed them to you as well . The proper thing would probably be to have someone from your dealership Call me and try to rectify this problem . That’s what a normal business who cares about their customers would do instead of having nine different reviews out there about this situation online and no one ever calling me
