Rodney took my car in for electronic problems (2009 X5), got me a rental, and kept me posted on the progress of the repairs. I am extremely grateful for how Rodney recorded every one of my electronic complaints (and there were several), and made sure every one of my issues were completely resolved prior to having me pick up the car. I have been working with Joy Rivas for approximately 5 months as my service advisor.She has been an absolute "joy" to work with. My car has visited the service department quite often over the months, and as frustrating as it can be sometimes- anytime I go in, I feel at ease because I am very confident in her ability to ensure my car will be taken care off. In my opinion, she is the best service advisor at Braman BMW of west palm. I refuse to allow any other advisor at braman to touch my car. Thats not to say that the others arent good in their own right-- I just feel the most confident with Joy. The management staff should be proud and happy to have an employee such as Joy. I explained everything that had happend & he assured me that he could help me find the Dream Car that i was dying for. So I drove an hour south on a sunday morning to meet nick... He was a ball of knowledge & actually convinced me to buy the Brand New 06 model that had just hit the dealership. I still have my car & I love it. He has seen me threw 3 sets of tires, an extended warrenty, an extended maintance warrenty, new brakes,& who knows how many regular services. I know I can always count on him & his team.
