This is the worst dealership we ever went to. We bought a civic and the next day we went to cancel the warranties we bought, they refused and said we have to wait for 30 days when the file gets to Honda. We went back after the 30 days and they said they would cancel it and we thought they did they never did. Almost 1 year and then we realized that they never did cancel it. They refused to return calls and keep giving us the run around. I finally conplain to Honda and Honda is trying to help resolve the matter. after 1 year they issue a little credit and they have to cancel 100%. I would never do business with BRAMAN HONDA and would not recommend any one even my enemies to go there. They don;t deserve to make a profit out of you. More

Sam was a very good, respectful person looking out for my wants and needs with this purchase. The CRV I purchased is beyond my expectations, it is listed to get 28 mpg but with the in dash fuel monitor I’m am getting 29.7 mpg and in this economic time that means a lot to get that little bit of extra mileage out of the vehicle and out of my pocket. I would like to thank Braman Honda and Sam Pola for a very good experience with my purchase, and I would highly recommend both of them to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. We originally went to another Dealership to look at purchasing a 2011 Honda Pilot. After speaking to a friend we were highly recommended to Braman Honda. We were directed to ask for the Sales Manager, purchasing a 2011 Honda Pilot. After speaking to a friend we were highly recommended to Braman Honda. We were directed to ask for the Sales Manager, Mr. Rodriguez. Omar Vera met us outside and introduced us to Mr. Rodriguez. From the first handshake we were greeted with a warm and welcoming environment. Mr. Rodriguez briefly went over the current offers on the pilots and asked Omar to take care of us. Omar is what every salesman should be. He went against the stereotype many salesmen fall into. We were between the LX and the EX model and wanted to know the additional features on the EX. Omar grabbed the keys for both models & a reference book to be sure no detail was missed. After looking at both vehicles we decided on the LX. As soon as the test drive started I knew I found my new car. Half way through the test drive we stopped so my boyfriend could drive. The entire time Omar was pointing out features on the interior and continually asked if we had questions. 1 plus for him, he NEVER asked any financial questions. I have too many times left a dealership when the salesman was all about the numbers. When we arrived back at the dealership, Mr. Rodriguez sat with us and we discussed the price of the car & the value of my trade-in. I saw numbers less than I thought I would be paying and right away made a deal. The finance department was currently seeing customers. Omar knew this and took initiative to go over the owners manual. We had a few questions. Going over the booklet while we were waiting was much appreciated. Our original finance manger was extremely rude & within 2 minutes we walked out. What he said is not important. Omar came up to us as he saw we were upset, didn't ask what happened, and went straight to sales manager to handle the situation. Mr. Rodiguez came over to apologize. We briefly explained the situation and right away we were sitting in a different finance office. I know that it is because of Mr. Rodriguez & Omar's quick response & professionalism that we continued the purchasing process. Brandon Garland helped us with our finance. He was easy to talk to and offered only the facts. He gave his opinion only when asked. We added 3 warrantee/road side plans and our payments were exactly where we wanted them. Once we were done Omar had our Pilot ready to go. He walked us through everything in the car. He made sure we sat in the drivers seat and adjusted the controls where needed. I have never experienced such patience from a salesman. We are excited to have found a great dealership & look forward to making another purchase within the next year. I am extremely happy with the service we received & appreciate the follow-up phone calls the following day. I hope by this long review you can sense my satisfaction with Braman Honda. More

I e-mailed Braman Honda with the model I wanted - selected from the Honda website. I received acknowledgement from a Mr. Santiago. Rick Greenlee guided us to look at one. When we felt that space and seat comfort satisfied our needs, he offered us to take a ride in the model and color that we prefered. He wasn't pushy, but accepted (pretty much, not exactly) our offer with little haggling. After agreeing on the deal, all paper work was done using the numbers discussed, with no "add-ons," which is unusual these days. Rick had the car serviced while the paper work was filled and we drove it home. So, we are satisfied, no hassle and a nice car. The most important is: my wife is happy! More
