Once again Brandon Ford has let down the customer with false promise of wanting to help with no one by name at the dealership that wants to take care of this dangerous safety issue. I am not to surprised since i have been trying for a long time to get them to fix my car.

Not surprised really but have not heard back from Brandon Ford. Their response on here is a generic response that they send everyone but then do not do anything. If they have good intentions they would publicly say on this site that they would fix the car like they should have done before the warranty ran out a few months ago when they drove it two miles and said nothing was wrong. This car is doing the same things that many other Ford Focus owners have. Just type in Ford focus owner problems and it's all there just like mine. My guess is Ford blew them off just like me. Step up Brandon Ford supposed number one dealer. Tell the public on this site that you will fix my car. Specifically Matt Cullen service director who has been blowing me off, step up so the public can see what Brandon Ford does for their customers when their vehicles are causing dangerous safety issues for the customers.

I still have not been called by Brandon Ford ! They have not excepted the fact that this dangerous safety issue with the car that existed before my warranty lapsed and now they do not step up and contact me when i have tried to reach out to them. Matt Cullen service director is apparently the guy that blows off customer service when something goes wrong. My car just sits in my driveway as i can't take a chance of having a life threatening accident. I keep finding more complaints online with the same make year and model ford as mine and i also have seen numerous complaints of poor customer service at Brandon Ford but the dealership seems to just keep sweeping these complaints under the rug. I will keep putting the word out there though as i feel someone has to keep letting others know that they are not alone with these same issues.

Well today is January 4th and Brandon Ford did not respond naturally to this case as expected after waiting weeks (AGAIN)! It is typical of this dealership and their service director Matt Cullen to not spring into action when a customer has a dangerous safety issue with a vehicle bought from them.

Finally received a phone call from Matt Cullen at Brandon Ford today after waiting weeks for a response just to get the same song and dance he gave me before. He claims he cannot help me as my car is out of warranty but they dragged their feet from the first time i took my car under warranty to them. He said he was going to talk with someone at Ford motor company about whether they would pick up the tab on the problem with the car but now he says he does not have that answer until he sees the car at Brandon Ford for diagnosis that he wants to charge me for. I told him the code had been pulled from the car and its an emissions problem and he could take that answer to Ford motor company to see if the will pay for this but then Matt Cullen got nasty and said they don't pull codes at Brandon Ford!!!! I said what???? Just how do you get a diagnosis MATT CULLEN?????? Once again Matt he avoids helping a customer with a dangerous safety issue. His last remark was he didn't think he could ever help me.

Another customer of Matt Cullens just reached out to me when she saw this story and said they were just turned away from Brandon Ford to fix her car and told her to take it to another Ford dealer! Wow they really weren't just putting the screws to me alone but it looks like they screw alot of people who have problems with their cars.

Actually you have done just about the opposite here. You have made a couple of attempts to contact with no real customer service other then wanting money for as you put it a diagnosis which has already been done to the car and Matt Cullen says that Brandon Ford mechanics don't do code pulls for diagnosis which is the first time i have ever heard this before. Sounds like another ploy to get the customer to spend money that the dealer should pick up in order to diagnose a problem that they can then say what ever they want then to come up with a very expensive fix when the initial code that was pulled showed the car has an emissions issue that is famous for there 2018 Ford Focus models and they don't want to get stuck with doing what is right by the customer to fix what is an on going problem for hundreds if not thousands of people. Doesn't surprise me that they don't make these anymore. Matt Cullen told me he would reach out to Ford motor company and see if they would cover the costs of the repair and they turned around and did nothing at all. I reached him at 813 247-3673 and he seems to return calls when he feels good and ready and then tells me he doesn't think the Brandon Ford dealer ship can help me now because he is so upset that i am calling him out publically. Somebody has to do it. He should not be making the calls for Ford Motor or Brandon Ford.

I did call yesterday and asked to speak with Marty’s boss. I was put through to voicemail and left a detailed message asking for a return call that never came. As requested in your reply, I called again today and once again was put through to voicemail. We’ll see if I get a return call….not holding my breath.
