Ron was very pleasant and helped us through the purchasing process with ease. In fact, he even bought us breakfast. The prices were great at this dealership and the managers were very helpful when negotiating prices. The finance office was quick and easy with their associate Mike and we were out in 20 minutes. He has a great approach to sales and really treats people like he would want to be, with no high pressure sales tactics, just a desire to make the customer happy. Also, I asked John about getting the windows tinted, and he had Eric Lewis follow up with me the next morning who was also extremely helpful. He was great in helping us with service for my wife's car we bought a year and a half ago. More
Poor Work/follow thru Bought a 2014 Honda CRV from here. signed the papers for financing and everything SEEMED ok. a few weeks later I get the registration in the mail a Bought a 2014 Honda CRV from here. signed the papers for financing and everything SEEMED ok. a few weeks later I get the registration in the mail and the VIN number is different. We called brandon honda, had to come back into the dealership to resign all new paperwork becasue they had us sign paperwork with the wrong VIN number on it. A few weeks later we are looking for a car for my wife and when they run our credit, our credit score dropped over 100 points because it looked like I owed Brandon Honda for 2.... yes 2 cars totally almost $80,000. when then inturn affected out interest rate we had to pay on the 2nd car we were buying. Spoke to Jennifer in the office and she said it would get taken care of. The second car with the wrong VIN number finally cam off my credit report (it is still laffecting my credit as of today) My husband and I decide to pay off the car in full and I requested a paper title from the DMV. Gues what came in the mail today....... the title showing and stating that I own a BLUE honda CRV wth the wrong VIN number. This was supposed to be taken care of MONTHS AGO !!!!!! Totally digusted with this company. All they are care about is pushing paper/people thru so they can keep their #1 status. I love Honda..... BUT I WILL NEVER USE BRANDON HONDA AGAIN !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!! More

Ron was outstanding and willing to bend over backwards for his customers! Ron was so willing to help make me happy that in an attempt to remove my trade in vehicle's aftermarket speaker (do to my sentimental value request, and it being so late the service dept went home) he actually electrocuted himself and kept right on going! All in an effort of making me leave happy! And btw financing was painless! I will never go anywhere else! :) More
