After some time on the phone with plenty of dealerships we found Brandon Honda. Can I say...WOW! We showed up there with two children and were treated like queens! Ron Wright our Sales guy is the one to see!!! He was very professional, personable & got us right in the gray Honda Odyssey - just the color we wanted. Bad Expierence So I just moved to the St Pete area with my wife from NY and we were thrilled to hear she was pregnant and having twins! So I decided I wanted a minivan and narrowed it down to a Honda Odyessy. I did my research and found a used vehicle using a internet search at Brandon Honda. It was a Black 2011 EXL with 93k for around 21k dollars. There were no pictures on the web. but there was a video telling me of how wonderful brandon honda is and how buying pre-owned from them you will have the same great experience as buying new... So on a sunday I loaded up my pregnant wife with and made the 45 minute trip brandon (with traffic and tolls). Once I got there everything seemed to go fine until they pulled the vehicle I wanted to test drive to the front. The car was absolutely filthy. drinks spilled on panels, inside just disgusting and the rep wanted me to test drive it with my pregnant wife. Needless to say we left. Annoyed that we wasted our time and money to go to brandon honda. They could have cleaned the car before advertising or heck, wipe it down, clean it up and then show me. This is a huge "trouble sign at this dealership" buyers beware.. VIN: 5FNRL5H62BB018590 Stock No: E064065B I bet the car is still filthy.... call ahead and ask if car is clean...dont go there thinking they care about you or what they sell.... the shady car dealership and salesmen are alive and well at brandon honda... More

He was very knowledgeable about the car and explained everything patiently to this technology challenged woman. I would definitely buy another car from him and refer friends to him. My only negative was the financing person. When I declined the extended warranty/service plan I was met with an incredulous WHAT? You don't want a warranty on your car? Again I declined and again instead of moving on told me the bank needed a reason why I declined. Are you kidding me? He was a jerk. More
