If you want a new car you need to go here! I could not believe the service. I loved being able to work with Robin, because he made my purchase super easy and relaxing. I have been to lots of dealerships where you definitely know that you are working with a sales person, because they are telling you why their brand of cars last longer, drive better, hold value etc. Yet they don't really listen to what you are looking for or what you want to end up paying for the vehicle. Well Robin, was not like that and I was highly impressed by his happy attitude and willingness to look at lots of different vehicles. Then to work the numbers on multiple vehicles as well to see what car we could get that would work with the amount that I was willing to spend. He is the only sales person that I would recommend others to go to. In fact he is the type of person I would send my own mother to, if she lived in this state that is, to buy a car. Because I know that she would be taken care of. Again I hope this puts in perspective how I felt with the purchase of my vehicle. I had spent almost two weeks looking at different dealerships then speaking to sales associates through either email or conversations on the phone. Until I was actually referred by a friend to look Robin up at Brandon Honda. Out of all those conversations and interactions I never felt like I was comfortable, don't get me wrong I never dealt with anyone who wasn't nice. Just not as helpful or as much of a pleasure to work with as Robin was. So I am very glad my friend referred me to him and I only hope that this will help others to have an awesome experience as I did. I know that I will definitely be going back that is when I can actually afford another car. More

I went to all the major car dealerships looking at cars for our daughter. When we narrowed the field down to the Honda Fit, Ron was contacted. I spoke with Ron several times over a three week period. He was always professional and never pushy. I found him to be genuine and very knowledgeable. He is a tough negotiator, but we reached a deal that worked for both of us and we feel good about our purchase. I stopped by the dealership on my way home from work to finalize the agreement. Sensing that I might be a little hungry, Ron offered to buy a sandwich for me. My wife and I had excellent rapport with everyone of the staff members we dealt with. That is a refreshing experience, since most of the time it takes a while to get over the car buying hangover. I'm not sure how long Ron will be on the sales floor, since I feel this young man is management material. Given his years of experience and his professionalism, he will surely rise in the ranks there at Brandon Honda. I also want to mention Christopher Shotwell, the finance manager. My wife and I enjoyed speaking with him. He made us feel at ease with all the paperwork. He is another professional on the dealership team. He outlined the financial options and add ons rather than the hard sell so often encountered at many dealerships. His style is very relaxing at a time when tensions can be high. Overall, our experience was quite positive at Brandon Honda and we will certainly consider them first on our next car purchase. More

Ripped Off I had the worst experience with Brandon Honda Service center. I took my 2005 Honda Odyssey with 148,511 miles on it to the Brandon Honda Service cente I had the worst experience with Brandon Honda Service center. I took my 2005 Honda Odyssey with 148,511 miles on it to the Brandon Honda Service center to service my car after, 15% oil light went ON. Then, 2 days after servicing the car doing some extra work I requested, They called me to pick up the car with extra hours charge because, they didn’t know what’s the problem with the electric door. So, they charged me with 574.87$ labor for inexperienced Honda electrician. And, the story didn’t end up with that. The moment I drove the car off their dealership I had some problem with the gear. It wasn’t shifting right!!!!! I’m sure that I turned in my car in a perfect drivable condition. So, what came up on my mind is that the guys who were driving the cars after you turn the keys to them. They are not easy on the cars while they driving them around. I went back to the service advisor to check up the car. He came to me with a bottle filled with black oil blaming me of not changing the oil for the transmission for a long time. So I told him, why you didn’t check the transmission oil for my car, it’s a regular check up when you turn the car for service and we could've went over this problem. He said that Brandon Honda doesn’t check anything that I didn’t request!!!!! So, I ended up paying 2744.88 Dollars to replace that transmission with a used one. And, that would be enough for me of not dealing with Brandon Honda again. More
