He was able to meet our price and had much of the paperwork filled out before we arrived to pickup the car. Brian explained the basic features of the Pilot both during the test drive and when we purchased the car. He also encouraged us to come back into the dealership after we had driven the car for a few weeks and he would explain features we had questions about. His approach was very "low pressure" and we appreciated that attitude greatly. We were so pleased ith his attitude and service that we referred a potential customer to him. If we decide to buy another Honda, we would definitely go back to Brian! More

Our car salesman Jared was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get her the car that she wanted, in a way that she could manage, with the best interest rate possible. Everything about the car she purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and filled with gas before we pulled off the lot. They even offered us a free lunch, and cookies while we waited. I really apprecieated all of the service we recieved that day, and I will defintiley be sending more business Jared's way . More

Ive purchased several vehicles over my lifetime and dealt with dealers before and all I can say is Michael Cobb was AWESOME! Everyone we dealt with at Brandon Honda was courteous and helpful, but Michael went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. During the negotiating process he was polite and never tried to pressure us. I truly appreciated this as my wife was with me the whole time. He and Charles even went and bought us lunch at the cafe during our negotiations. I never found the right car for my son until I saw a Great used Honda on their web site. My son and I headed off from Naples before they opened, hoping they would still have the car. I was able to contact the dealership and I spoke with Michael Cobb. Michael advised me the car was here but did not go through inspection yet, inspection should have no problems and he would call me back. Michael returned call and I told him I was two hours away so try your best to get it through inspection, Michael said he would. I arrived and the car was out front and I was able to meet Michael Cobb. Great car, I got a great deal, my son loves the car and he has waxed it twice since we got home. The car is a testament to Brandon Honda. Michael Cobb is one of those salesman's that you wish you lived next door to. Very direct and confident, very polite and lives by service to others before self. I had a great time with Michael and I will be in need of another car in a month or two, daughters this time.
