I originally took my car in to get a service while getting a service eddie walked by and got so many praises about how good of a sales person he was , i initially set an appointment with eddie but cam getting a service eddie walked by and got so many praises about how good of a sales person he was , i initially set an appointment with eddie but came in to see him sooner , he was knowledgeable , sweet & a all around a people person , you could just tell he is passionate about what he does and love his job . This is the second time Kyle Lampp has assisted me when I brought my car in to be serviced and on both occasions, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with the small things such as brought my car in to be serviced and on both occasions, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with the small things such as my car being washed when I asked for it not to wash, he had an attendant get a couple of dying cloths to wipe the car down. I know this may not mean much to some but I had spent two hours the day before washing and cleaning my car so it was a big deal to me and Kyle understood that. What makes Kyle Lampp different is his empathy for those he extends service to. More
