I am writing this review as part of another one because I recently had the experience of working with two dealerships at the same time - Sam Raabe at Brandon Honda and Honda of Ocala (salesman Johnny Rodriguez). I was in touch with Sam about a car on his lot, but it was sold before I was able to buy it. I mentioned another car to him that I was interested in but it was located at a different dealership in another city. Sam made phone calls to Honda of Ocala and made sure the car was still available. Turned out it was and Sam put me in touch with them. I did in fact buy the car at Honda of Ocala and the people there were great all the way around, and Johnny Rodriguez, my salesman - great. The review I initially wrote was for Honda of Ocala because that's where I ended up buying a car and I wanted to write a review for them. However, I wanted to write a second review for Brandon Honda too because it never would have happened if it was not for the help that Sam gave. He was encouraging and positive, helped in the best way possible, and walked me through the process even from long distance. He went way out of his way to help me get a car that I wanted even though it was not at his dealership! I have never had that kind of assistance from any car dealership or salesman before! It just isn't something that you hear of when it comes to buying cars. I have to give a very BIG and special THANK YOU to Sam!! (Many, many thanks!!) I give a complete and total endorsement to both Brandon Honda and Honda of Ocala! I would buy again - from either place.

We have been Brandon Honda shoppers for the last year and have always been satified with the time and effort that Frank has but into making sure the we always get the best service, the best rates, and the best car suited for our family. First let my say, I this is the 6th new vehicle I have purchased in the last 10 years, but the first in the state of Florida. The purchase of my new vehicle led me to about 10 different dealerships of various auto manufacturers. So this gives me lots of dealership experience, and my latest vehicle purchase gives me up to date, first hand experience on the sales process. When compared to the other dealerships I visited in the Tampa Bay area, Brandon Honda not only has the most "no pressure" sales atmosphere, they are also the most competitively priced. They are known as a volume dealer, and for a consumer, it doesn't get any better than that! The dealership itself is huge (with lots of inventory), impressive, clean, and organized.

Here are some words that specifically describe my salesperson, Jerome Burggraff: friendly, genuine, laid back, professional, personal, competent, trustworthy, experienced, and ultimately, because of these attributes...deal closer! I am totally comfortable and confident in recommending him to my closest family members and friends.

Key selling points were: friendly sales staff, great interest rates, and the biggie...the Brandon Honda Lifetime Powertrain warranty. You can't beat it! I can drive my van until the proverbial "wheels fall off," let the engine blow up, or transmission go out...and it'll cost me $100.

For dealerships to survive today, they have to see past "the deal" today and build relationships that will last a lifetime. Jerome Burggraff and Brandon Honda has created a customer for life.

Rammie and Ferris were phenomenal! They listened to my family's concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that we recieved exactly what we are looking for while maintaining the highest level of customer service. We visited 6 other dealerships and came back to Brandon because of Rammie and Ferris. My husband and I live in New Port Richey and there is a dealership 2 miles away from our house, but we drove to Brandon (hour and half drive) because of the care we received from Brandon Honda. I came in for my 1 year service and Bo Engel sold me a new 2013 Honda Civic. Wasn't planning on buying a new car but he made it work! He was very nice and helpful! I also worked with Jen Saltz and she was very informative and nice!!!! These 2 are great employees!

I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Tiburon from Brandon Honda and then a month later had some transmission issues with the car. And even though I signed an "as-is" contract, the dealership went out of their way to correct the issue. This tells me one thing - they care about people, not profits. I highly recommend Brandon Honda for their superior service and standards of practice. I lived in New York and when I moved to Florida and looked for a vehicle, I realized very quickly that in the Tampa area all these car lots are usually flooded with scam artists selling any vehicle that starts, stops, and steers because there is no inspection in Florida. But the staff at Brandon Honda actually care, which to me was rare. I am very pleased I bought my car from them.

Bo was absolutely great!!! Highly recommend him to anyone. He was extremely helpful and got me in and out! He knew I wanted a Honda Pilot and did everything he could to get one for me!

No went above and beyond to accommodate us and educate us on the different van options and models. We shopped all brands and loved our experience with Bo that he is who we will go to go all future purchases too! Looking at trading a car in a year or so.
