Great service Alex was great help. Service was great. They did what they said they were going to do. It was my daughters car that needed to be fixed. Just the a/c needed service. Needed to be replaced rear serpentine belt needed to be replaced, tune up and oil change. They also replaced windshield for free. More

Long wait time The price for an oil change can’t be beat. However, I had to wait nearly three hours past my appointment time for service. Xm radio problem I took my wife’s car in for a problem that it had since we bought it new. The Xm keeps saying intermittently various things like loading, weak signal I took my wife’s car in for a problem that it had since we bought it new. The Xm keeps saying intermittently various things like loading, weak signal , etc. I videotaped the problem and the service department said that they couldn’t duplicate the problem. I got in my car to leave and the problem was there. I called the technician over to show him the problem and he changed the antenna. It seemed to be ok but the problem soon showed up again and I took it back to the service department and they said they found an intermittent short in the wire harness and replaced it.The problem seemed to be ok but it soon came back so I took it back to the service department. While I waited in line for service, the radio started cutting out and said weak signal. I video taped it and told them about it. After waiting for quite some time they said that they couldn’t duplicate the problem and called Hyundai tech support and were informed that Hyundai would not pay to fix the problem. The warranty is for 100,000 miles. The car only has 5,300 miles on it and is only 2 years old. The dealer wants to fix it but Hyundai won’t pay for them to fix it. What good is a warranty if you don’t honor it. The dealer has always been great to me and fixed all of my warranty problems without any problems.This is the 3rd car that I bought new from this dealership and have been happy with them. I think the next step is to replace the radio. What, is a radio to expensive for Hyundai to replace?? I showed them the video of the radio and that I was in their parking lot but their hands were tied because Hyundai wouldn’t cover it.This makes me and my wife wonder what car will be our next?? More

I have to call Dan at least four times to get a hold of somebody to find out what was happening with my vehicle and then the shuttle service was late picking me up just not a happy experience and the fact that you guys do not have courtesy cars no more is ridiculous More
