If I could give -1 stars I would. The service advisor Dave and the sercive manager Michael fckin SUCKS. Dave is lazy and has a you're repair is not my problem attitude. I had to call continually in order for Dave to make progress over the 6 days my car was here. Michael is very rude and needs training on how to handle customer's inquiries. He needs to understand that he's not a mechanic and not to assume without running the proper tests to comfirm his guessing. Honestly, I hope they stay slow and close down. My LAST, and I mean last, experience with brandon hyundai inspired me to trade in my hyundai tucson 2014 that hyundai sold me with a bad engine(look it up). I recommend Mazda, Acura and Honda if your looking for a reliable suv. Today, April 22, 2024 I purched a brand new Mazda CX-5 at the brandon location. Go see Kaleb, he's amazing. I would like to thank GOD and myself for working hard and having the money to purchase a brand new Mazda. I want to thank Lazy Dave (David Jarreell Jr at Brandon Hyundai) and shady tree mechanic Michael(brandon location service manager) for being mud butt holes and inspiring me to purchase my brand new only 4 miles having Mazda CX-5 (middle finger up). I DO NOT recommend brandon hyundai. I've had my Tuscan since 2014 and NOTHING has changed but the direction the building is facing due to a remodel. More

DO yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle here for any maintenance work or repairs you will be ripped off and your car still will not be running properly car went in for engine work, not only to have any maintenance work or repairs you will be ripped off and your car still will not be running properly car went in for engine work, not only to have another check engine light come on 48 hours later. Then be told its another problem that will cost an additional $1800 yes thats right after paying $1500 just on Saturday! They were unwilling to make a deal to get into another vehicle that was reasonable fair to keep loyalty. I will be sharing with all my colleagues as someone who flys for work and works for a major company i will be sharing do yourself a favor find another mechanic shop! More
