DAB, we understand how frustrating it must have felt to come in expecting certain numbers based on earlier conversations and then leave feeling like those expectations were not met. We truly regret that the experience left you disappointed. Our team did not agree to finalized trade figures prior to seeing the vehicle in person, as appraisals require a physical inspection to ensure accuracy and fairness for everyone involved. When you arrived, we reviewed the vehicle together and presented updated numbers based on that in-person evaluation. In an effort to work toward a solution, we also offered an additional $1,500 adjustment and provided a CarMax appraisal that was higher than our original figure to offer additional transparency on market value. We understand that even with those efforts, we were unable to come to terms that made sense for both sides.
